Chief Executive Officer

Ben has been a leader and innovator in the mental health and substance use treatment field since 2007. He has held executive positions in a wide range of organizations including nonprofit, for profit, hospitals and community based programs.  

After helping to build a treatment program to meet the specific needs of specialized labor Ben moved into a role with the NFL Players Association, and since then he has worked with multiple trade unions to improve access for members to quality mental health care.

After writing a widely adopted education and certification program around ethical treatment practices, Ben has become regarded as an authority on the subject.
